Shipping Terms & Conditions
The products are delivered safely to the ACS Courier that you have set, within 3-5 working days following the day for the order is made.
www.ambianceelements.com does not recognize the existence of any possible delay in the delivery due to strikes or anything other factor, in these cases the aforementioned delivery date will be extended.

Spend under 50 euros. Shipping Cost 3.00€
Spend over 50 euros – Free shipping
When the chosen payment method is Cash, the customer will have to pay the full amount at the ACS store upon pick up.

The delivery of the orders is made through the company ACS according to volumes within a period of 2 to 3 working days for Cyprus delivery (indicative term).
Within 10-15 working days for delivery abroad.
We usually comply with our forecasts and sometimes the next day you will have your Goods purchased, although we can not guarantee the punctuality of the same.
We deliver from Monday to Friday, and never on holidays. Keep in mind that deliveries are made during working hours. A service agent from your nearest ACS will contact you in order for you to pick up your package
You have a period of 10 days to return your purchase from receipt of the same, if the return is due to the withdrawal or cancellation of the order, you can always purchase another item at the same value or higher. However, all expenses and additional costs derived from the return will be borne by you. Only the return of unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted.
If you receive the damaged package or the damaged box indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier, if in addition the content is in poor condition we will bear the costs of the change or we will refund the amount of the same. The merchandise must be checked within 24 hours after arrival to make a claim to transport.

Also if the return of the order is due to a cause attributable to ECOFORCE ENTERPRISES LTD, we will exchange it for the same product in good condition and the expenses will be paid by our account.
